Custom Keychains for Pokémon Pop-Up Event – Singapore

Project Background

In July 2025, an official Pokémon pop-up event was held at Jem Mall in Jurong East, Singapore, running for two weeks. The event featured a merchandise zone, a Pokémon trading card game area, and a DIY experience zone, attracting a large number of fans. As a key part of the event, the organizer wanted to offer visitors a custom souvenir that was both commemorative and practical — a Pokémon-themed keychain.

Our Mission

Commissioned by the event organizer, Badge One undertook the design and production of these Pokémon-themed keychains. The project required:

• Accurate reproduction of classic Pokémon character designs
• Full-cycle delivery from design to finished product within a tight timeline
• Craftsmanship quality that meets IP licensing standards

Our Solution

Leveraging 43 years of experience in metal crafts, the Badge One team managed the entire process — from design optimization and tooling development to mass production — entirely in-house. We used zinc alloy with precision die-casting to ensure every detail of the character designs was faithfully reproduced. The surface was finished with imitation enamel and electroplating, giving the keychains vibrant, long-lasting colors that combine collectible value with everyday functionality.

Our fully integrated production system — spanning 13 in-house workshops and our own electroplating line — ensured that every stage from sampling to delivery remained under our strict control. The project moved efficiently from concept to completion, meeting all deadlines without compromising quality.
